Allow us to throw a sticky bone picked clean your way.  Hutchin’s BBQ in McKinney is a family run operation that pulls dark, shiny tender pieces of meat out of our smoker everyday.  The aroma of wood smoke is omnipresent in our parking lot, which is always a good sign.

We stake our reputation on our brisket, which is simply seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne.  “We keep our rub simple – no sugar, because we want the slow cooked smoky flavor of the meat to shine,” says owner Tim Hutchins.

Brisket, ribs, chicken, pulled pork and sausage drenched in sweet, tangy BBQ sauce are usually the meats of choice but we also have medium sized pieces of catfish too.

Last, the free desert bar with peach cobbler and banana pudding is another sweet touch anyone watching their wallet will appreciate.
